Method
As a base, we blend dark and aged rums with Ginger tincture (Made from ginger steeped vodka), Amaro Lucano and apricots so sit and soak up the sweet nectar from the apricots.
Mama J is a traditional Jamaican liqueur called Mama Juana – which is usually made from blending dark rum, red wine, honey, tree bark, spices, herbs and then barrel ageing. We follow that formula but add our home-made honey alternative, cassia, rosemary sprigs, Mastiha and lightly barrel age.
Jasmine & orange blossom cordial is a floral syrup we make from Jasmine & orange blossom flowers, then adding water, sugar, citric acid and a pinch of salt.
