Method

Our barley & cocoa liqueur is made from toasting pearl barley and infusing into creme de cacao blanc to give an especially rich and creamy cacao liqueur. We then blend pine and Cocchi Americano, and further infuse that with Juniper for our aperitif.

Booking Information

Our policy is, and always has been 6 people max per party. We’re just not a big groups venue and we won’t compromise on our quality or speed of service to allow bigger groups than 6 in the bar. It’s nothing personal – just made in a way for everyone in the venue to get the best of us. So if you would like to book for a larger group, across multiple tables, the reservation will be declined. If more people than specified show up on the day, the reservation will be declined at the door, or at the table if more people join. Deposits will still be returned if this happens.
